Because the way we communicate is an essential part of ‘who we are’, we have a number of objectives when it comes to the way we communicate with clients, employees and contractors. We believe all communication, spoken or written, should be open, truthful, appropriate, courteous, accurate and efficient.
Open and truthful communication Fosters good relationships with everyone we deal with. It’s vital that our clients feel free to tell us if something isn’t right but open communication is just as important when it comes to workplace safety and morale and the general efficiency of our business.
Courteous and appropriate communication Makes good sense to us. It fosters good working relationships and positive attitudes all round.
Efficient and accurate communication Is essential when it comes to ensuring instructions are clearly understood and communicated accurately to those who need to carry out the work.
You could be forgiven for thinking that the art of good communication is being lost in a new business world where tweeting, texting, blogging and posting on Facebook have somehow become the norm - but at Presidential Contract Services we haven’t forgotten that good old fashioned communication plays a vital role in ensuring efficiency, quality and good relationships with staff and clients. We do of course, reserve our right to blog and tweet at some stage in the future!
